SKM Yoga • Transparency • Trust • Professional Commitment

SKM Yoga Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read all rules carefully before enrolling in any yoga class, teacher training, retreat, therapy or consultation program.

1

Advance Payment

All registrations with SKM Yoga are contingent upon the receipt and confirmed clearance of full or partial advance payment as specified at the time of enrollment. No seat, batch slot, training program, retreat booking, or private session shall be considered reserved, confirmed, or secured until the requisite advance payment has been successfully processed and acknowledged in writing by the SKM Yoga administration. SKM Yoga reserves the absolute right to cancel any unconfirmed reservation without prior notice.

2

Non-Refundable Deposit

All registration deposits, booking fees, and enrollment amounts paid to SKM Yoga are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances whatsoever, including but not limited to change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, health conditions not amounting to documented medical emergencies, relocation, professional obligations, or dissatisfaction with program expectations. By completing payment, the student unconditionally acknowledges and accepts the non-refundable nature of all deposits and expressly waives any claim for reimbursement of such amounts under any grounds.

3

Batch Reservation

Seats confirmed and reserved for enrolled students are allocated on a strictly personal and non-transferable basis. No student may transfer, reassign, or sublet their reserved batch seat to any third party without obtaining prior explicit written approval from the SKM Yoga administrative office. Unauthorized transfer of a reserved seat shall render the original enrollment void without entitlement to any refund, credit, or alternative placement. SKM Yoga reserves the right to reallocate vacated seats at its sole discretion.

4

Online Course Policy

All online yoga courses, digital training programs, and virtual learning subscriptions offered by SKM Yoga are strictly non-refundable from the moment digital access credentials, course links, downloadable materials, or login details are provided to the enrolled student. The act of accessing any portion of the online course content, regardless of the extent of content consumed, shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the course and full waiver of any right to request cancellation, refund, or reversal of payment under any circumstances.

5

Retreat Cancellation

Cancellations of yoga retreat bookings made within fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the scheduled retreat commencement date shall be deemed non-refundable in their entirety, including all accommodation, meal, program, and activity fees included in the retreat package. Cancellations made beyond the fifteen-day window may be considered for partial credit at the sole discretion of SKM Yoga management, subject to deduction of all non-recoverable costs already incurred by SKM Yoga to third-party accommodation and service partners. No cash refund is guaranteed.

6

Teacher Training

All fees paid toward SKM Yoga Teacher Training Certification Programs — including but not limited to Hatha Yoga TTC, Ashtanga Yoga TTC, Vinyasa TTC, Prenatal TTC, Kids Yoga TTC, and all other certification programs — are strictly non-refundable from the date of course commencement, defined as the first scheduled session date whether attended by the student or not. Students who voluntarily withdraw, discontinue, or are terminated from any teacher training program after commencement shall forfeit all fees paid without entitlement to compensation, credit transfer, or partial reimbursement.

7

Medical Emergencies

In exceptional circumstances involving a documented, verified, and clinically confirmed medical emergency that renders a student physically incapable of continuing or commencing a program, SKM Yoga may, entirely at its discretion, review the student's case for a possible fee adjustment, batch transfer, or partial credit toward a future program. All medical emergency claims must be supported by original, valid, and verifiable medical documentation issued by a registered medical practitioner. SKM Yoga reserves absolute discretion to accept or reject such claims and its decision shall be final and binding.

8

Processing Charges

In all cases where a refund is approved by SKM Yoga management following a formal review, the final refunded amount shall be subject to mandatory deduction of all applicable payment gateway transaction fees, banking processing charges, currency conversion charges, and platform service fees incurred in connection with the original payment transaction. The student shall receive the net refundable amount after all such deductions are applied. SKM Yoga shall bear no liability for transaction costs charged by third-party financial institutions or payment processors.

9

Refund Timeline

All approved refunds, where applicable and authorized in writing by SKM Yoga management following the completion of a formal review process, shall be processed and remitted within a period of fifteen (15) to thirty (30) working days from the date of official written approval. SKM Yoga shall not be liable for any delays in refund processing caused by banking institutions, payment gateway providers, technical disruptions, or public holidays falling within the processing period. Students are advised to allow the full processing window before escalating refund inquiries.

10

Missed Classes

Yoga sessions, classes, workshops, or training modules that a student fails to attend due to personal absence, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel, professional commitments, or any other reason attributable to the student shall not be eligible for refund, monetary compensation, session credit, or any form of reimbursement. SKM Yoga's obligation to provide the contracted service is fulfilled upon making the session available to the student at the confirmed scheduled time and location, regardless of the student's actual attendance or participation.

11

Class Transfer

Students who are unable to attend their originally enrolled batch due to genuine scheduling conflicts may formally request a one-time transfer to an alternative batch, subject to the availability of seats in the requested batch at the time of transfer application. Batch transfers are granted solely at the discretion of SKM Yoga administration and are not guaranteed. No more than one batch transfer request shall be entertained per enrollment. A batch transfer shall not be construed as a right and shall not entitle the student to any fee adjustment or refund.

12

Course Materials

All digital study materials, course manuals, PDF guides, video resources, audio recordings, practice worksheets, and any other electronically delivered educational content shared with enrolled students by SKM Yoga are provided on a non-refundable basis from the moment of their electronic delivery or digital access. The student's receipt of, access to, or downloading of any digital course material shall constitute irrevocable acceptance thereof. SKM Yoga retains full intellectual property ownership of all course materials and prohibits unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale thereof.

13

Special Workshops

Registrations and fee payments for all special workshops, intensive programs, masterclasses, seasonal yoga camps, guest faculty sessions, and limited-seat events organized by SKM Yoga are final, confirmed, and strictly non-refundable from the time of registration, regardless of whether the student ultimately attends the event. SKM Yoga incurs significant advance logistical, faculty, and venue costs based on confirmed registrations, and the student expressly acknowledges this in agreeing to the non-refundable registration policy applicable to all special workshop bookings.

14

Corporate Programs

All fees, deposits, and contractual payments received by SKM Yoga in connection with corporate yoga wellness programs, organizational wellness partnerships, and institutional yoga arrangements shall be non-refundable from the date on which the program schedule, session plan, and instructor assignment have been confirmed in writing to the corporate client. Cancellation or modification of a confirmed corporate program booking by the client organization shall not entitle the client to a refund of any amounts paid, and shall be subject to the applicable cancellation charges specified in the corporate service agreement.

15

Private Sessions

Private yoga sessions cancelled or rescheduled by the student within twenty-four (24) hours of the confirmed session commencement time shall be fully chargeable and no refund, session credit, or compensatory session shall be provided. SKM Yoga reserves the instructor's time and resources exclusively for confirmed private sessions, and last-minute cancellations result in irrecoverable loss of scheduled capacity. Students are advised to provide cancellation or rescheduling notice at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the session fee.

16

Rescheduling

SKM Yoga expressly reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or modify any class, session, workshop, retreat, or training program at its sole discretion when necessitated by circumstances including but not limited to instructor unavailability, facility constraints, insufficient enrollment, technical disruptions, or other operational requirements. In such instances, SKM Yoga shall endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to enrolled students and shall offer alternative scheduling options. Rescheduling by SKM Yoga shall not entitle the student to a refund, cancellation, or any form of financial compensation.

17

Natural Calamities

SKM Yoga shall not be held liable for the cancellation, postponement, or disruption of any program, session, retreat, or event arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, pandemics, epidemic outbreaks, government-imposed restrictions, civil unrest, national emergencies, or acts of God. In such force majeure circumstances, refunds shall not be automatically guaranteed, and SKM Yoga shall, at its discretion, endeavour to offer alternative scheduling, program credits, or partial accommodations subject to operational feasibility.

18

Refund Mode

All refunds approved and authorized by SKM Yoga management, where applicable under the prevailing refund policy, shall be processed and remitted exclusively to the original payment source used at the time of enrollment. Refunds shall not be issued in an alternative payment mode, to a different bank account, to a third-party beneficiary, or in the form of cash under any circumstances. Students are responsible for ensuring the continued validity and accessibility of their original payment source for the purpose of receiving approved refund transactions.

19

International Students

All international students enrolled in SKM Yoga programs are expressly advised that any transaction charges, currency conversion fees, international wire transfer costs, correspondent banking charges, or foreign exchange fluctuation losses incurred in connection with their enrollment payment or any approved refund transaction are entirely non-refundable and shall be borne solely by the student. SKM Yoga shall not be responsible for any diminution in refund value resulting from exchange rate movements between the date of original payment and the date of any approved refund disbursement.

20

Certification Courses

All fees paid toward SKM Yoga certification examination registrations, assessment processes, and credential issuance procedures are strictly non-refundable from the date on which the student's examination registration is formally processed and confirmed by the SKM Yoga certification administration. A student who subsequently withdraws from, fails to appear for, or is disqualified from any certification examination shall forfeit all examination fees paid without entitlement to reassessment at no additional cost, reimbursement of fees, or any form of credit toward future examination attempts.

21

Attendance Rules

Students enrolled in SKM Yoga Teacher Training Programs and certification courses are required to maintain a minimum attendance percentage as prescribed in the specific course curriculum guidelines communicated at the time of enrollment. Failure to achieve the required minimum attendance threshold shall render the student ineligible for certification issuance, regardless of their academic performance in any assessments. No refund of fees shall be provided to students who fail to meet attendance requirements due to personal reasons, and the student shall bear full responsibility for any consequent ineligibility for certification.

22

Holiday Breaks

SKM Yoga observes scheduled institutional holiday breaks, national public holidays, festival closures, and planned administrative shutdowns as determined at the sole discretion of SKM Yoga management. Sessions, classes, and training modules not held during such scheduled breaks shall not be deemed missed, cancelled, or forfeited sessions, and no refund, session credit, fee adjustment, or compensatory session shall be provided in respect of classes not held during officially declared institutional holidays and scheduled institutional break periods.

23

Instructor Change

SKM Yoga reserves the unilateral right to assign, reassign, substitute, or replace any instructor, faculty member, or yoga teacher for any class, session, workshop, or training program at its sole operational discretion, including in response to instructor unavailability, faculty scheduling conflicts, health circumstances, or program quality considerations. The replacement of an assigned instructor with an equally qualified alternative faculty member shall not constitute a material change to the enrolled program and shall not entitle the student to cancellation of enrollment, refund of fees, or any form of compensation.

24

Program Modification

SKM Yoga reserves the right to modify, update, restructure, add to, or remove elements from any course curriculum, program schedule, session format, teaching methodology, or assessment framework at any time without prior notice to enrolled students, where such modifications are made in the interest of improving educational quality, responding to industry developments, or meeting operational requirements. Such modifications shall not entitle enrolled students to cancel their enrollment, claim a refund, or seek compensation, provided that the core educational objectives and certification outcomes of the enrolled program remain substantively unchanged.

25

Trial Sessions

Trial yoga sessions offered by SKM Yoga are intended to provide prospective students with a preliminary experience of the institution's teaching quality, methodology, and program style prior to full enrollment. All trial session fees, where applicable, are non-refundable from the moment the student attends or participates in the trial session in any capacity. Attendance at a trial session, whether in person or online, constitutes full utilization of the trial service and bars any subsequent claim for reimbursement on grounds of dissatisfaction, change of mind, or decision not to enroll.

26

Package Validity

All class packages, session bundles, multi-class memberships, and prepaid program packages purchased from SKM Yoga are subject to a defined validity period communicated at the time of purchase. Any unused sessions, class credits, or program components remaining within a package at the expiration of its validity period shall lapse automatically and be forfeited without entitlement to refund, extension, transfer, or any form of compensation. Students are advised to utilize all purchased package sessions within the specified validity period and to contact SKM Yoga administration in advance if scheduling difficulties are anticipated.

27

Technical Errors

Students accessing SKM Yoga's online programs, digital platforms, live sessions, or recorded content are required to immediately report any technical errors, access failures, platform malfunctions, or connectivity issues to the SKM Yoga technical support team through the official communication channels. Failure to report technical difficulties in a timely manner may limit SKM Yoga's ability to provide appropriate remediation. SKM Yoga shall not be held liable for interruptions caused by the student's own hardware, internet connectivity, software environment, or device compatibility issues, and such circumstances shall not entitle the student to refunds or session credits.

28

Membership Plans

All membership subscription plans, monthly or annual access packages, and recurring program enrollments offered by SKM Yoga are non-refundable on a partial basis once the membership period has commenced. Students who cancel their membership at any point within an active membership period shall not be entitled to a pro-rated refund for the unused remainder of the membership term. The full membership fee is charged in consideration of the complete access rights granted for the entire membership duration and is non-recoverable upon early voluntary termination by the member.

29

Unauthorized Sharing

All login credentials, access codes, session links, class invitations, and digital platform credentials provided to enrolled students by SKM Yoga are issued on a strictly individual, non-transferable, and single-user basis. Any unauthorized sharing, transfer, subletting, or distribution of access credentials to non-enrolled individuals shall constitute a material breach of the student's enrollment agreement and may result in the immediate termination of the student's access to all SKM Yoga programs and platforms without prior notice, without entitlement to refund of any fees paid, and without prejudice to SKM Yoga's right to pursue legal remedies.

30

Code of Conduct

All students enrolled in SKM Yoga programs are required to conduct themselves with respect, professionalism, courtesy, and integrity in all interactions with SKM Yoga faculty, staff, fellow students, and institutional representatives, whether in person, online, or through any communication channel. Any conduct that, in the reasonable judgment of SKM Yoga management, constitutes harassment, discrimination, disrespect, disruption, violation of institutional norms, or behavior detrimental to the learning environment may result in the immediate and permanent termination of the student's enrollment and access to all SKM Yoga programs without refund and without prior warning.

31

Therapy Sessions

All yoga therapy consultation sessions, therapeutic assessment appointments, individualized yoga therapy protocol sessions, and associated therapeutic services booked through SKM Yoga are strictly non-refundable from the moment the booking is confirmed by SKM Yoga administration and the appointed therapist's time is formally allocated. Students or clients who fail to attend a confirmed therapy appointment without providing at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice shall forfeit the full session fee. SKM Yoga's yoga therapists invest significant preparation time for each individualized therapeutic session, and confirmed bookings represent a binding financial commitment.

32

Accommodation

Accommodation arrangements provided in connection with SKM Yoga retreat programs and residential training courses are facilitated through third-party hospitality and accommodation partners. All cancellations, modifications, or refund requests relating to retreat accommodation shall be governed by the specific cancellation and refund policies of the applicable hotel, retreat center, or accommodation partner, in addition to SKM Yoga's own retreat cancellation policy. SKM Yoga shall bear no independent liability for refund of accommodation costs subject to third-party partner policies, and students are advised to review all applicable accommodation terms prior to booking confirmation.

33

Food Services

Meal packages, dietary programs, and food service arrangements included within SKM Yoga retreat bookings, residential programs, or add-on service packages are non-refundable from the moment the meal package is confirmed and procurement or catering arrangements are initiated by SKM Yoga or its food service partners. Dietary preference dissatisfaction, personal taste preferences, fasting choices made after confirmation, or individual dietary changes notified after the confirmation deadline shall not constitute grounds for refund or adjustment of confirmed meal package fees.

34

Payment Proof

All students enrolled in SKM Yoga programs are advised and required to preserve complete and accurate records of all payment transactions, including original payment receipts, bank transaction references, payment gateway confirmation messages, and any written acknowledgment of payment issued by SKM Yoga. In the event of any payment dispute, refund inquiry, enrollment verification, or administrative audit, SKM Yoga may require the student to produce original payment proof. SKM Yoga shall not be obligated to process any claim, inquiry, or request that cannot be supported by verifiable payment documentation.

35

GST and Taxes

All applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), service taxes, and any other statutory taxes or levies charged in accordance with prevailing Indian tax laws and as applicable to SKM Yoga's educational and wellness services are non-refundable following the generation of a valid tax invoice. Once a tax invoice is issued by SKM Yoga in respect of any enrollment, workshop registration, or service booking, the tax component thereof shall not be refundable under any circumstances, as the tax liability has been created and reported to the applicable tax authority upon invoice generation.

36

External Platforms

Where SKM Yoga programs, workshops, or sessions are booked, accessed, or transacted through third-party platforms, aggregator websites, mobile applications, or external booking systems, the refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policies of the respective third-party platform may apply in conjunction with or in supersession of SKM Yoga's own institutional policy, depending on the terms of the applicable platform agreement. Students are expressly advised to carefully review the terms and conditions of any third-party booking platform before completing a transaction, as SKM Yoga cannot guarantee alignment of external platform policies with its own.

37

Fraudulent Claims

SKM Yoga maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent, false, misleading, or unsubstantiated refund claims. Any student or client found to have submitted a refund request based on fabricated documentation, misrepresentation of facts, false medical certificates, fraudulent transaction disputes, or deliberate misstatement of circumstances shall be subject to immediate termination of their enrollment and access to all SKM Yoga programs, permanent blacklisting from future enrollment, forfeiture of all fees paid, and may be subject to legal proceedings under applicable civil and criminal law provisions for fraud and misrepresentation.

38

Recorded Classes

Access to recorded yoga class sessions, archived lecture content, instructional video libraries, and any other pre-recorded digital educational content provided to enrolled students by SKM Yoga is granted for a specified and limited access duration as communicated at the time of enrollment or content provision. Such access is non-transferable, non-downloadable unless explicitly permitted, and non-refundable under any circumstances. The expiration of the access period shall not entitle the student to a refund, extension, or alternative provision of the recorded content in any format.

39

Student Responsibility

It is the sole and absolute responsibility of every prospective student to thoroughly review, understand, and verify all program details, course curriculum information, schedule specifications, fee structures, certification outcomes, prerequisite requirements, and applicable institutional policies prior to completing any enrollment payment. SKM Yoga shall not be responsible for enrollment decisions made based on incomplete information, incorrect assumptions, third-party recommendations, or failure by the student to seek clarification from SKM Yoga administration before committing to enrollment. Enrollment payment constitutes acknowledgment of full understanding and acceptance of all relevant program terms.

40

Language Preferences

SKM Yoga programs are conducted in the language(s) specified at the time of program promotion and enrollment, which may include English, Hindi, or a combination thereof as applicable to the specific course format. Dissatisfaction with the language of instruction, teaching style, accent, communication approach, or language preferences arising after enrollment confirmation shall not constitute valid grounds for cancellation of enrollment or refund of any fees paid. Students with specific language requirements are advised to verify instructional language details with SKM Yoga administration prior to completing enrollment payment.

41

Refund Approval

No refund claim, whether formal or informal, shall be processed, considered, or disbursed without the explicit written approval of SKM Yoga's authorized management. Verbal assurances, informal communications, social media representations, or approvals communicated by non-authorized personnel shall not be binding upon SKM Yoga and shall not create any obligation to process a refund. All refund requests must be submitted formally in writing to the designated administrative email address of SKM Yoga, and shall be evaluated exclusively by the authorized management team in accordance with the prevailing institutional refund policy.

42

Contact Information

All official communications between students and SKM Yoga regarding enrollment queries, refund requests, program modifications, complaint submissions, and administrative matters must be conducted exclusively through SKM Yoga's officially designated communication channels, including the official administrative email address, the official registered telephone and WhatsApp number, and the official institutional website contact portal. Communications received through unofficial channels, personal email addresses of staff members, or social media messaging platforms shall not be recognized as formal institutional communications and shall not create any binding obligation on SKM Yoga.

43

Missed Retreat

Students who are enrolled in an SKM Yoga retreat program and fail to attend on the scheduled retreat dates, whether in whole or in part, due to personal reasons including travel disruptions, personal health issues not constituting a formally documented medical emergency, change of plans, professional obligations, or any other reason attributable to the student, shall not be entitled to any refund, partial credit, session substitution, or alternative arrangement in respect of the missed retreat days. The full retreat fee shall be deemed earned and forfeited upon failure to attend without qualifying exceptional cause.

44

Emergency Changes

SKM Yoga reserves the right to implement immediate and unannounced changes to program schedules, session formats, instructor assignments, venue details, or course delivery methods in response to genuine operational emergencies, including but not limited to sudden instructor illness, venue unavailability, technology failures, security concerns, or administrative exigencies. SKM Yoga shall endeavour to communicate such emergency changes as promptly as circumstances permit. Emergency operational changes shall not automatically entitle enrolled students to cancellation of their enrollment or refund of fees paid.

45

Special Discounts

All enrollment payments made pursuant to special discount offers, promotional pricing, early bird incentives, referral benefits, festival discounts, or any other reduced-fee arrangements are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Discounted enrollments are offered as a special accommodation to the student and represent a reduced financial commitment made in exchange for the student's irrevocable commitment to the program. The student shall not be entitled to further fee reduction, cancellation, or refund on the basis that the same or a more favorable discount became available after the enrollment was completed.

46

Yoga Kits

All physical yoga accessories, equipment, kits, apparel, props, and tangible products purchased from SKM Yoga, whether as part of a course package or as standalone items, are non-returnable and non-refundable from the moment of physical delivery to the student or their designated recipient. SKM Yoga shall accept product returns only in the event of a demonstrably defective or damaged item reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with supporting photographic evidence. Returns for reasons of change of mind, size dissatisfaction, or aesthetic preference shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

47

Certificate Dispatch

Physical certification documents, achievement certificates, course completion letters, and any other tangible credentials issued and dispatched by SKM Yoga upon successful program completion are subject to courier and postal delivery charges that are non-refundable under all circumstances. Dispatch charges cover the cost of printing, packaging, handling, and courier delivery of certification documents. In the event of courier delivery failure due to an incorrect address provided by the student, re-dispatch shall be subject to additional courier charges payable by the student, and SKM Yoga shall bear no responsibility for such delivery failures.

48

Visa Issues

International students enrolled in SKM Yoga in-person training programs, retreats, or residential courses who are unable to travel to India due to visa rejection, visa processing delays, immigration restrictions, or travel document issues shall not automatically be entitled to a full refund of enrollment fees paid. SKM Yoga may, entirely at its discretion and subject to management review, consider transferring the enrollment to an online program equivalent, deferring the enrollment to a future batch, or issuing a partial program credit. Full refunds in visa-related circumstances are not guaranteed and shall be evaluated case by case.

49

Batch Availability

Requests for transfer to an alternative batch, deferral of enrollment to a future program intake, or reassignment to a different program format are subject to the availability of open seats in the requested batch or program at the time the transfer request is submitted. SKM Yoga does not guarantee the availability of seats in any specific alternative batch and shall not be obligated to hold or reserve seats in future batches pending a student's transfer decision. Where no suitable alternative batch is available, the student shall remain enrolled in their original batch or forfeit enrollment without refund.

50

Administrative Rights

SKM Yoga expressly reserves full, unconditional, and unilateral administrative rights to make all decisions pertaining to enrollment management, program scheduling, instructor assignments, fee structures, refund determinations, policy interpretations, student discipline, and all other institutional matters. All administrative decisions made by SKM Yoga's authorized management in accordance with these policies and terms shall be final, conclusive, and binding upon all enrolled students and clients. No student, client, or third party shall have the right to challenge or override SKM Yoga's administrative decisions through any informal or unauthorized mechanism.

51

Policy Compliance

All students, clients, and participants enrolled in or associated with any SKM Yoga program, service, or event are legally bound to comply fully with all institutional policies, terms and conditions, code of conduct provisions, and administrative directives issued by SKM Yoga from time to time. Non-compliance with any applicable policy may result in suspension, termination of enrollment, denial of certification, or other remedial action at SKM Yoga's discretion. Enrollment in any program constitutes unconditional acceptance of all applicable policies in their entirety, including any amendments made during the program period.

52

Formal Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted exclusively in formal written communication addressed to SKM Yoga's official administrative email address. Refund requests submitted verbally, through telephone calls, through social media messaging, through third-party intermediaries, or through any channel other than formal written email shall not be acknowledged or processed. Each formal refund request must clearly state the student's full name, enrollment details, program name, payment reference number, grounds for the refund claim, and must be accompanied by all relevant supporting documentation substantiating the claim.

53

Partial Completion

Students who voluntarily withdraw, discontinue attendance, or cease participation in any SKM Yoga course, training program, or multi-session package after having utilized any portion thereof, regardless of the proportion of the program completed, shall not be entitled to any refund or pro-rated reimbursement of fees paid for the unused remaining portion. Each session, module, or program component is priced as part of an integrated educational commitment, and the student's utilization of any part of the program constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of the complete fee structure.

54

Management Decision Finality

All refund determinations, enrollment decisions, disciplinary decisions, policy interpretations, dispute resolutions, and administrative judgments made by SKM Yoga's authorized management in accordance with these institutional policies are final, conclusive, and legally binding upon all students, clients, and associated parties. No appeal, review, or challenge to a management decision shall be entertained through any internal mechanism after the decision has been formally communicated to the student. Students who disagree with an institutional decision may exercise their legal rights through appropriate judicial or statutory channels as provided under applicable law.

55

Pre-Enrollment Review

SKM Yoga strongly advises and requires all prospective students to carefully and completely read, review, and understand these terms and conditions, the applicable program-specific policies, the fee and refund schedule, and all enrollment documentation prior to completing any payment. SKM Yoga makes all relevant program information available on its official website and through its administrative team for this purpose. Completion of enrollment payment shall be construed as conclusive evidence of the student's full review, comprehension, and unconditional acceptance of all applicable terms, policies, and conditions without reservation.

56

Administrative Fees

A portion of all enrollment fees collected by SKM Yoga is immediately allocated toward non-recoverable administrative costs including, but not limited to, batch preparation, instructor scheduling, study material production, platform configuration, student onboarding, coordination expenses, and institutional overheads. Fees that have been applied toward such administrative processes are irrecoverable and shall be deducted from any refund calculation in the event that a refund is otherwise approved. Students expressly acknowledge and accept that a minimum administrative fee component of all payments is non-refundable from the date of enrollment.

57

Online Consultations

Individual online yoga consultation appointments, personalized guidance sessions, one-on-one mentorship calls, and digital advisory sessions booked with SKM Yoga faculty or therapeutic staff are strictly non-refundable from the moment the appointment is confirmed and the consultant's time is allocated. Students who fail to appear for a confirmed online consultation appointment at the scheduled time without providing at least twenty-four (24) hours advance written notice of cancellation shall forfeit the full consultation fee without entitlement to rescheduling, credit, or refund of any amount.

58

Duplicate Payments

In the event that a student inadvertently makes a duplicate payment for the same enrollment, program registration, or service booking due to a technical error, network issue, or accidental multiple submission, the student must notify SKM Yoga's finance administration in writing within seventy-two (72) hours of the transaction with supporting payment evidence for both transactions. Upon verification of the duplicate payment, SKM Yoga shall process an appropriate adjustment in the form of either a credit toward future services or a refund of the duplicate amount, subject to applicable processing charges.

59

Identity Verification

SKM Yoga reserves the right to require identity verification from students or clients submitting refund requests, enrollment transfers, or payment disputes as a condition precedent to processing any such request. Identity verification may include submission of government-issued photo identification, enrollment confirmation documentation, and payment proof. SKM Yoga shall not be obligated to process any refund or administrative request submitted by an individual who cannot be satisfactorily verified as the original enrolled student or authorized account holder.

60

Retreat Transportation

All transportation costs, travel expenses, airfare, train or bus fares, taxi charges, and personal travel expenditures incurred by students in connection with travel to and from any SKM Yoga retreat venue, residential program center, or training location are the sole and exclusive financial responsibility of the student. SKM Yoga shall not reimburse, subsidize, or contribute to any student's travel expenses under any circumstances, including in cases where an SKM Yoga program is rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled after the student has already incurred travel costs.

61

Mentorship Programs

Specialized mentorship programs, advanced faculty guidance packages, individualized coaching arrangements, and personalized academic support services offered by SKM Yoga faculty are governed by separate program-specific terms and conditions communicated to participating students at the time of mentorship enrollment. In all cases, mentorship fees paid are non-refundable from the date of the first scheduled mentorship session or the date on which mentorship materials are shared with the student, whichever occurs earlier. Mentorship commitments represent dedicated faculty time and preparation investment that is irrecoverable upon enrollment.

62

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility under SKM Yoga's institutional policy is strictly category-specific and varies based on the nature and type of program enrolled in, the timing of the refund request relative to the program commencement date, the reason and circumstances cited for the refund request, and the applicable terms communicated at the time of enrollment for the specific program category. General eligibility criteria do not apply uniformly across all program types, and students are advised to review the refund terms specific to their enrolled program category rather than relying on general institutional policy statements.

63

Membership Misuse

Any misuse, abuse, or unauthorized exploitation of SKM Yoga membership privileges, including but not limited to sharing access credentials with non-members, attempting to access program content beyond the scope of the enrolled membership tier, circumventing digital access controls, or engaging in any conduct intended to obtain services in excess of those entitled under the student's membership plan, shall constitute a material breach entitling SKM Yoga to permanently suspend or terminate the membership without notice, without refund of any membership fees paid, and without prejudice to SKM Yoga's right to pursue all available legal remedies.

64

Policy Updates

SKM Yoga reserves the unconditional right to amend, revise, supplement, or replace any provision of these institutional policies, refund terms, enrollment conditions, or program-specific guidelines at any time and without prior notice to enrolled students. The most current version of all applicable policies shall be published on SKM Yoga's official website and shall govern all current and future enrollments from the date of publication. Students are advised to periodically review the institutional policies on SKM Yoga's official website to remain informed of any updates that may affect their enrollment rights and obligations.

65

Payment Disputes

Any dispute, discrepancy, or concern relating to a payment transaction, enrollment fee, invoice amount, or billing record must be formally reported to SKM Yoga's finance administration in writing within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the disputed transaction. Payment disputes reported after the expiration of this seven-day reporting window may not be entertained, and SKM Yoga reserves the right to decline investigation of late-reported disputes. All payment dispute communications must include the transaction reference number, payment date, amount disputed, and a clear description of the nature of the dispute.

66

External Service Fees

Any refund approved by SKM Yoga shall represent a refund of SKM Yoga's own program fees only, and shall not include the reimbursement of any fees, charges, or costs paid by the student to external service providers in connection with their enrollment, including but not limited to visa fees, travel agent fees, accommodation booking charges, insurance premiums, courier charges, or third-party platform booking fees. The student shall be solely responsible for seeking any applicable refunds from external service providers directly, and SKM Yoga bears no liability for such third-party costs.

67

Platform Ownership

All digital learning platforms, online portals, mobile applications, content management systems, video streaming interfaces, and virtual classroom environments used to deliver SKM Yoga programs remain the exclusive intellectual and operational property of SKM Yoga or its licensed technology partners. Access to any digital platform is granted to enrolled students on a temporary, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license basis for the duration of their enrollment only. Enrolled students acquire no ownership rights, proprietary interest, or continuing access rights to any digital platform through their enrollment or fee payment.

68

Behavioral Standards

All students and participants in SKM Yoga programs are required to maintain consistently respectful, appropriate, and professional conduct across all program environments, including physical class spaces, online virtual sessions, group discussion forums, peer learning communities, and any other platform or medium through which SKM Yoga program activities are conducted. Conduct deemed by SKM Yoga management to be disruptive, offensive, threatening, abusive, sexually inappropriate, discriminatory, or otherwise incompatible with the institutional learning environment may result in immediate course termination without refund and with permanent bar from future enrollment.

69

Training Schedule Variability

SKM Yoga Teacher Training Program schedules, session timings, daily timetables, faculty assignments, and program structures are subject to reasonable variation based on curriculum requirements, faculty availability, seasonal program planning, and operational considerations. SKM Yoga shall communicate schedule changes to enrolled students in advance where operationally feasible. Students are advised to maintain flexibility in their personal commitments during the program period to accommodate reasonable schedule variations. Schedule variability does not entitle enrolled students to fee adjustments, cancellations, or refund claims.

70

Course Deferral

Course deferral or pause requests — where a student seeks to temporarily suspend their enrollment and resume the program at a later date — are not guaranteed and shall be granted entirely at the discretion of SKM Yoga management, subject to seat availability in the requested future batch, the timing of the deferral request, the reason for the deferral, and the nature of the enrolled program. Where a deferral request is declined by SKM Yoga, the student shall remain enrolled in their current batch or forfeit enrollment without refund. Approved deferrals may be subject to an administrative deferral fee.

71

International Exchange Rates

All international students who make enrollment payments in a currency other than Indian Rupees (INR) are expressly advised that the value of any approved refund shall be calculated in INR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of refund disbursement, which may differ from the exchange rate applicable at the time of the original payment. SKM Yoga shall bear no liability for any reduction in refund value resulting from adverse currency movements, and the student shall bear all currency conversion risk from the date of original payment through the date of any approved refund.

72

Administrative Documentation

All administrative approvals, policy exceptions, enrollment modifications, refund determinations, deferral grants, batch transfers, and any other decisions or accommodations made by SKM Yoga outside the standard institutional policy framework require formal written documentation issued by an authorized SKM Yoga management representative bearing appropriate institutional authorization. Approvals communicated verbally or through unauthorized personnel shall have no legal effect. Students must retain copies of all written approvals received from SKM Yoga administration for their personal records and future reference in the event of any subsequent dispute.

73

Documentation Requirements

All refund requests, enrollment modification applications, medical exception claims, and policy waiver requests submitted to SKM Yoga must be accompanied by complete, accurate, and verifiable supporting documentation relevant to the specific nature of the claim. Refund requests submitted without adequate documentation, or supported by documentation that SKM Yoga reasonably determines to be incomplete, unclear, or unverifiable, shall be returned to the student for resubmission or may be summarily rejected. The burden of proof for all claims rests exclusively with the student and SKM Yoga shall have no obligation to seek or independently obtain supporting documentation.

74

Retreat Partner Terms

SKM Yoga organizes retreat programs in collaboration with third-party retreat centers, wellness resorts, accommodation providers, and hospitality partners. The terms, conditions, and policies applicable to third-party retreat venue partners — including their own cancellation, refund, modification, and liability policies — shall apply to retreat-related bookings alongside SKM Yoga's institutional policies. In the event of any conflict between SKM Yoga's retreat policy and a partner venue's terms, the more restrictive policy shall prevail in respect of refund and cancellation entitlements. Students are advised to review partner venue policies prior to retreat enrollment.

75

Medical Documentation Authenticity

All medical certificates, clinical reports, physician letters, hospital discharge summaries, and health documentation submitted to SKM Yoga in support of a medical exception, refund request, or enrollment deferral application must be genuine, authentic, currently valid, and verifiable through the issuing medical institution or registered medical practitioner. SKM Yoga reserves the right to independently verify the authenticity of any medical documentation submitted. The submission of forged, fabricated, materially altered, or fraudulently obtained medical documentation shall constitute a serious disciplinary offense and may result in legal action in addition to immediate enrollment termination.

76

Confidentiality of Refund Proceedings

All communications, deliberations, documentation, and decisions forming part of SKM Yoga's internal refund review process are confidential and shall be treated as such by all parties involved. Students who submit refund requests agree not to publicly disclose, share on social media, publish, or otherwise disseminate the content of any refund-related communications with SKM Yoga, whether or not a refund is ultimately approved. Breach of this confidentiality obligation may be treated as a violation of the student's enrollment agreement and may result in reversal of any approved refund determination.

77

Late Arrivals

Students who arrive late to any SKM Yoga class, session, workshop, retreat activity, or training module beyond the grace period communicated in the program guidelines shall be deemed to have missed the portion of the session that commenced prior to their arrival. Late arrival shall not entitle the student to extension of the session beyond its scheduled conclusion, any form of session credit, fee reduction, or reimbursement for the missed portion. SKM Yoga faculty reserve the right to deny entry to students who arrive excessively late where admission would disrupt the learning environment for other participants.

78

Attendance Certificates

Attendance certificates and participation acknowledgment letters are issued by SKM Yoga exclusively to students who have satisfactorily completed the minimum attendance requirements specified for the applicable program. Students who fail to meet the required attendance threshold, irrespective of the reason for their absence, shall not be entitled to receive an attendance certificate and shall have no claim against SKM Yoga for the non-issuance thereof. Attendance certificates are distinct from course completion certifications and do not independently validate the student's competency or professional qualification in yoga instruction.

79

Online Conduct Standards

All students participating in SKM Yoga's online programs, virtual sessions, live-streamed classes, and digital community platforms are required to maintain professional conduct standards equivalent to those applicable in physical classroom settings. Conduct including but not limited to use of offensive language, sharing inappropriate content, harassment of instructors or fellow students, unauthorized recording of live sessions, spamming of digital communication channels, or any behavior deemed disruptive to the virtual learning environment shall be grounds for immediate removal from the online session and potential termination of enrollment without refund or prior notice.

80

Intellectual Property Ownership

All course content, teaching materials, training manuals, video recordings, audio files, written guides, assessment instruments, branding elements, and any other creative, educational, or proprietary content produced by SKM Yoga is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of SKM Yoga and its authorized content creators. Enrolled students are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to access such content solely for their own educational purposes during the enrollment period. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, resale, or public sharing of SKM Yoga content without express written authorization constitutes infringement of intellectual property rights.

81

Prohibition on Unauthorized Recording

The unauthorized recording, screen capture, audio recording, or any form of digital documentation of SKM Yoga live sessions, virtual classes, workshops, teacher training modules, or any other program content by enrolled students is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from SKM Yoga management. Violations of this prohibition shall constitute a material breach of the student's enrollment agreement and may result in immediate termination of enrollment, forfeiture of certification eligibility, and potential legal action under applicable copyright and data protection laws. Students who wish to record sessions for personal study purposes must submit a formal written request.

82

Legal Protection of Institutional Decisions

All policies, terms, conditions, and administrative decisions of SKM Yoga are formulated and implemented in accordance with applicable Indian laws, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards for educational and wellness institutions. SKM Yoga's institutional policies are legally enforceable and constitute a binding contractual framework between the institution and all enrolled students. SKM Yoga reserves the right to seek legal remedies against any individual who acts in violation of these policies, causes reputational damage to the institution, or attempts to circumvent institutional decisions through unlawful means.

83

Refund Review Process

All refund requests received by SKM Yoga are subject to a formal internal review process conducted by authorized management personnel. The review process includes verification of enrollment records, assessment of the grounds for the refund claim against the applicable policy framework, evaluation of supporting documentation, and determination of refund eligibility in accordance with the prevailing institutional refund policy. SKM Yoga shall endeavour to complete the review process and communicate its determination to the student within a reasonable administrative timeline from the date of formal receipt of a complete and properly documented refund request.

84

Offline Batch Policies

Students enrolled in SKM Yoga's offline, in-person, and center-based yoga training programs are subject to the specific operational policies of the respective training center or studio facility where the program is conducted, in addition to the general institutional policies set forth herein. Center-specific policies may include facility-specific attendance rules, dress code requirements, property usage guidelines, and health and safety protocols. Students are advised to familiarize themselves with the center-specific policies applicable to their enrolled offline program prior to the commencement of their in-person training.

85

Student Replacement Policy

An enrolled student may not arrange for or request that a replacement individual attend SKM Yoga sessions, workshops, or training programs in their place without obtaining prior explicit written permission from SKM Yoga administration. Unauthorized replacement attendance — where a non-enrolled individual attends sessions in place of the enrolled student — shall render the original enrollment void without refund, and the unauthorized attendee may be removed from the premises or virtual session. Where approved, replacement student enrollments may be subject to administrative processing fees and availability constraints.

86

Event Passes

All event passes, session tickets, seminar entry cards, festival passes, and access credentials issued for SKM Yoga organized or co-organized events are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable from the date of issuance. SKM Yoga events involve advance logistical planning, resource allocation, and venue commitments that preclude the acceptance of cancellations or refund requests after pass issuance. In the event that an event is rescheduled or cancelled by SKM Yoga due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled participants shall be offered an alternative date or program credit in lieu of a monetary refund where feasible.

87

Course Upgrades

Students who wish to upgrade their enrolled program to a higher-tier course, advanced certification level, or more comprehensive program package may do so subject to payment of the applicable incremental fee representing the difference in program pricing, plus any applicable administrative processing fee. Course upgrade requests are subject to availability and management approval. Fees already paid for the lower-tier enrollment shall be credited toward the upgraded program fee at SKM Yoga's discretion. No refund shall be issued for the difference in fees where a student downgrades their enrollment to a lower-priced program after commencement.

88

Payment Verification

SKM Yoga reserves the right to request identity verification, payment confirmation, and source-of-funds documentation from students making high-value enrollment payments, where such verification is required for compliance with applicable financial regulations, anti-fraud protocols, or institutional security policies. Enrollment processing may be delayed pending the satisfactory completion of payment verification procedures. Students are advised to cooperate promptly with any verification requests from SKM Yoga's finance administration to avoid delays in enrollment confirmation and program access.

89

Limitation of Liability

SKM Yoga shall not be liable to any enrolled student or client for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with any program disruption, service interruption, content modification, instructor change, schedule variation, or administrative decision made in accordance with these institutional policies. SKM Yoga's maximum liability to any student in respect of any claim arising from their enrollment shall not exceed the total enrollment fee paid by that student for the specific program to which the claim relates, and shall be subject to all applicable exclusions and limitations set forth herein.

90

Equal Application of Policies

All institutional policies, refund terms, attendance requirements, conduct standards, and administrative procedures of SKM Yoga apply equally and without exception to all enrolled students, participants, and clients, regardless of personal background, professional status, prior relationship with the institution, enrollment duration, referral source, or any other distinguishing characteristic. SKM Yoga shall not grant preferential policy treatment, individualized exceptions, or informal accommodations to any student that would create unequal application of the institutional policy framework, except in formally documented and management-approved exceptional circumstances applicable under these terms.

91

Student Travel Responsibility

All travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, transportation logistics, and personal travel costs associated with a student's attendance at any SKM Yoga in-person program, retreat, workshop, or residential training are the exclusive financial responsibility of the student. SKM Yoga provides no travel assistance, travel insurance, or logistical support for student travel unless explicitly included as a specified component of a retreat or residential program package. Students are advised to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements and to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage independent of SKM Yoga's institutional services.

92

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These institutional policies, terms and conditions, enrollment agreements, and all disputes arising therefrom or in connection therewith shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019, the Indian Contract Act 1872, and other applicable statutes and regulations. All disputes, claims, and legal proceedings arising from or relating to SKM Yoga's programs, services, or these policies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located within the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India, and the parties expressly consent to such jurisdiction.

93

Online Resource Updates

All online educational resources, digital study materials, recorded session libraries, platform interfaces, course portals, and digital content made available to enrolled students through SKM Yoga's digital platforms are subject to periodic updating, revision, restructuring, and improvement at SKM Yoga's discretion. Such updates are made in the interest of maintaining content accuracy, educational relevance, and platform quality. Students acknowledge that online resources may change during their enrollment period and that such changes do not entitle them to any refund, fee adjustment, or complaint on grounds of content modification.

94

Written Communication Requirement

All refund claims, enrollment modification requests, complaint submissions, policy exception applications, and formal communications intended to create, modify, or extinguish any right or obligation under these institutional policies must be made exclusively in written form and submitted through SKM Yoga's officially designated communication channels. Oral representations, telephonic assurances, messaging application communications, or any non-written form of communication shall not constitute a valid formal communication for the purposes of these policies and shall not be binding on SKM Yoga or create any obligation to act thereon.

95

Administrative Processing Timelines

SKM Yoga's administrative office operates during standard institutional working hours and working days, which may exclude weekends, national public holidays, regional festival holidays, and planned institutional shutdown periods. All administrative processing timelines stated in these policies — including refund processing windows, review completion timelines, and response deadlines — are calculated in working days and are subject to the institutional administrative calendar. Students are advised to account for non-working days when estimating expected administrative response timelines and to avoid escalating requests before the applicable administrative processing window has fully elapsed.

96

Respectful Communication Standards

All students and clients are required to maintain a consistently respectful, professional, and constructive tone in all communications with SKM Yoga faculty, administrative staff, customer service representatives, and fellow students, whether in writing, verbally, through digital platforms, or in person. Communications that are abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or unreasonably aggressive toward SKM Yoga personnel or associated parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of the student's enrollment, barring from future programs, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities under applicable legal provisions governing harassment and threatening communications.

97

Prohibition on Fraudulent Payments

Any fraudulent, unauthorized, or deceptive payment activity in connection with SKM Yoga enrollments — including but not limited to unauthorized use of another person's payment credentials, fraudulent chargeback requests, manipulation of payment records, exploitation of payment gateway vulnerabilities, or deliberate misrepresentation of payment status — is strictly prohibited and shall be treated as a serious criminal offense. SKM Yoga shall report all confirmed fraudulent payment activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and shall pursue all available civil remedies to recover losses sustained as a result of fraudulent payment conduct.

98

Policy Violation Consequences

SKM Yoga reserves the right to deny any refund request, in whole or in part, where the student's refund claim arises directly or indirectly from the student's own violation of any applicable institutional policy, enrollment terms, or code of conduct provision. A student who has been terminated from an enrollment due to disciplinary action, conduct violations, policy breaches, or unauthorized activity shall not be entitled to any refund of fees paid, and such termination shall not be treated as a program cancellation by SKM Yoga for the purposes of any refund entitlement.

99

Acceptance by Participation

The act of enrolling in, paying for, accessing, attending, or participating in any SKM Yoga program, session, workshop, retreat, event, or service — whether online or offline, in person or virtually — shall be conclusively deemed to constitute the student's or client's full and unconditional acceptance of all applicable institutional policies, terms and conditions, refund rules, code of conduct provisions, and administrative guidelines as set forth herein and as published on SKM Yoga's official website. No separate signature, formal agreement, or express consent is required for these policies to be legally binding on the enrolling individual.

100

Reservation of Rights

SKM Yoga expressly reserves all rights not specifically granted to enrolled students under these institutional policies, including but not limited to the right to amend, supplement, or replace these policies at any time without prior notice; the right to enforce all policy provisions to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law; the right to seek all available legal remedies for policy violations; the right to make final and binding administrative decisions on all matters of institutional governance; and the right to exercise discretion in exceptional circumstances while maintaining the overall integrity and equitable application of the institutional policy framework.
